Jordan Folgers who is a former division 1 baseball player is now an entrepreneur helping athletes build their career. Jordan has faced a huge amount of adversity throughout his career. When he was in high school, he lost his mom to breast cancer and that is when he found his purpose in an athletic career and proceeded with the game of baseball.

Flow Culture which is founded by Jordan who has a mission to make an impact on athletes facing adversity and helping them optimize their performance on the physical and mental level. Jordan’s love for training and self-improvement sparked the idea of flow culture.

During the pandemic, Jordan started using social media and started networking with athletes online to provide a solution to their problems when it came to training. Jordan now coaches athletes across the country and in Europe with the sole focus of unlocking their peak potential not only as an athlete but beyond their career in sports. What makes flow culture different is that their training and coaching are all online. Jordan is looking to become one of the pioneers in online coaching in the sports space.

What makes the community different is the secret that their coaching and programs are top tier and are building a culture in a virtual world. Through their online training platform, all their athletes can connect and have support from not only the coaches but other players across the country to share and learn from other’s experience as well.

“Community and culture is an essential part of any thriving team or organization. If you analyse the highest performing brands, teams, and organization you’ll notice that their culture thrives because they are building leaders and decision-makers”, Jordan stated. While building a team, Jordan makes sure that people have a clear vision and purpose behind their pursuit.

At present, Jordan is also working on building a media empire for athletes that have faced adversity and need the motivation to keep pushing their limits. Jordan feels proud to be a community builder and has a real passion for bringing people together that are trying to pursue their dreams. His goal is to create an army of athletes that come together to inspire each other by telling his story and athletes across the country that have fought their own battle.

Jordan’s purpose is to make his mom proud by inspiring others. He wants to be known for building an army of athletes that fight through anything thrown their way and motivate them to keep moving forward. Jordan says, “anything is possible even when the odds are stacked against you.” The community’s mission is to create a community of athletes that are driven to unlock their peak potential against all odds. “Every athlete faces some type of adversity throughout their career, and the only way through that adversity is to put yourself in an environment that demands your best effort”, Jordan remarked.
